All hair items are final sale.
No orders can be canceled once placed.
Delays are not something we want but, they can happen.
Do expect shipment delays around any major holidays.
Shipment And Pickup policies
All orders ship during our shipment days Monday and Friday.
*Overnight shipment ships out within 24 hours
*2-3 business day ship out take 2-3 business days to ship out.
*Free shipping will take 2-3 weeks to ship out.
Upon shipment tracking numbers will be distributed via email.
All regular shipping is done through usps ground. Expedited shipping will be done with usps priority mail.
No tracking or shipment updates will be sent by text or social media.
Store Pickup and uber package are available during by appointment only.
Any missed appointments will be charged an additional $20 fee prior to pickup.
Pickups are on a appointment only basis. We do come in the shop specifically for pickup times .
Install deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
Any missed appointments, same day cancellation or same day resheduling will be charged an additional $35

All pickups are confirmed the morning of pickup. Any orders placed over the weekend with our restock may be subject to pickup day and time change.
Any pre order items that are not on hand may be subject to pickup and shipment change. Do allow 2-4 business days for your pre order items to arrive.
